03/03/2008: The Council of Europe analyse the BeVoting study

At the request from the Brussels Region, the Council of Europe has analyse the study from the consortium of university and has made a verification of the compliance of the BeVoting Study with the Recommendation (2004) 11 of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe to member states on legal, operational and technical standards for e-Voting.
